Need to have HTTP Profile turned on?
Do I need to have an HTTP profile enabled to do an iRule that does something along the lines of:

EmployeeAgreed that this should be a support issue, I can only suggest turning off the Pipelining feature in the default HTTP profile. I have on occasion seen this cause problems with applications that aren't fully HTTP 1.1 compliant.
