Need to convert configs from v9 to v11

We are upgrading from old 6400 devices to 4200v devices and are running into a snag - the 6400's are running v9.4.3 and the new 4200v devices will be running v11.4.1 since we cannot upgrade the 6400's to 10 then 11 and have the upgrade process convert the bigip configuration as it does as part of the upgrade I need to find a way to transfer the configuration from the old v9 devices.

 

Any way to do this?

    In the absence of the ability to step through the versions (9.x to 10.0 partitions to 10.1 volumes to 10.x... and then 11), you'll likely have to recreate the config from scratch on the new box. You could probably script it, and many I'm sure have tried, but your best bet is the manual approach.
