Need to configure layer 2 IDS

Hello Everyone,

 

The scenario is that one of our client is having three IDS(Layer 2) which is placed inline and need to be configure in F5 so traffic should be load balance equally. But the challenge we are facing is how do we configure it because as IDS is layer 2 device it does not have any layer 3 address. Can any one suggest....????
