Need help on "Configuration error. Webtop configuration is required....

I'm getting this error after going to the URL and entering my login credentials: "Configuration error. Webtop configuration is required. Webtop configuration is not necessary for App Tunnel Control, or a Portal Access connection with minimal patching configured. Please contact your system administrator for assistance."

    if you configured a web portal application with full patching mode, you'll need to add a webtop in the resource assignment.
