MVPHi ravi_atc , you can try below irule syntax.
When HTTP_REQUEST { if { ([HTTP::host] eq "www.example.com") and (([string tolower [HTTP::uri]] eq "/admin")) } { reject } }You can also achieve it using LTM policy.
