Need Help..

Need advice.. My company have topology for application environment, like this:

WAN - F5 BigIP - 25 application server and 1 DB server.

*Note : Application environment at the Head Office (HO)

two hundred branch offices daily access to existing core applications on the application server. sometimes, when trying to access the application, users in the branch office got a blank look on his pc.

Questions : 1. What is the best configuration for our F5? 2. what is the cause of the blank display?

please advice..

    have you tried tcpdump when problem is happening? what did you get?
