My ASM 4100 platform unexpectedly reboots

Hello,     My ASM 4100 platform (standalone) experiences an unexpected reboot (it happens every 10 pings) with the following error messages :     "CPU 0: Machine Check Exception: 00000000...

Hi Vincent,

 

 

If you haven't already, I'd suggest running the end user diagnostic to see if there are any hardware issues with the unit. If that passes, then reinstalling the OS would be a good next step.
