multi-client capability on LTM

Hello,

we're tying to achieve multi-client capalities on a ltm box currently.

While configuring users(operator) and partitions for every customer, we found some bottlenecks for our wish solution.

Our wish is, to restrict every customer to only be able to view and edit his own LTM configuration. At the moment all customers are able to see self/ floating ips from common partition,HA configuration, performance of entirebox, other partitions and everything located under system.

Does anyone know, if there is a know to hide or better to restrict access to the menus for Device Management, System, Network and so on?

Another solution would be to use the API and create an own GUI, but this needs a lot of time :(

Best regards Alexander

  • Hello,

    Your solution is "Route Domains"

Partitions are useful for one customer having many teams and/or sub-divisions. Route domains will let you assign each customer an isolated environment.

  • Hi Amine,

that is what we tried already. Sorry for not mentioning this. If we configure a route domain for every customer, the customers do not see other self/floating ips and vlan. But they can see HA, System and some other configuration. And this is what we want to prevent.
