NimbostratusMS Exchange 2010 iApp Template & ASM Problem
Hi, I have a problem about using Ms Exchange 2010 iapp template with ASM Profile. My template : f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.5.1 ASM: Transparent mode Problem: Outlook clients take re-authentication popups too many times. When i de-activate the ASM profile from templates_own_vs everything become normal. I don't know ASM troubleshooting well could you help me about solve this problem? Thanks.

- Hi MEmin, ASM is not supported for Outlook clients connecting to Exchange 2010. ASM cannot deal with the HTTP methods used by the Outlook Anywhere protocol. Your options here are to either disable ASM for RPC-over-HTTP requests, or upgrade to Exchange 2013 (the MAPI-over-HTTP protocol works fine).
MEminHi mikeshimkus; Thanks for your support. If i disable ASM rpc over http request, the clients don't take re-authentication popups? Where can i disable ASM rpc over http requests (From irule or ?) BRMEmin, you can try the new ASM Templates where i have addressed the exact issue.
solaikumar_1217sol17411 , you can refer this solution to bypass the RPC calls. Even I have experienced the same issue before , and this sol solved it.
