Monitors for one virtual server are ran in one prober or more in DNS
In Bigip DNS, I add a new server as following information:
1. In "Prober Preference", select "Specific Prober Pool", and select a pool with 2 prober.
2. In "Health Monitors", add tcp, udp and http monitors to Selected box from Available box
3. In "Availability Requirements", select "All health monitors"
My question is, the 3 monitors(tcp, udp and http) is runing in the same prober or differrent prober?

Hello,
Health monitoring is performed from prober pool members depending on the LB method used.

Yes, I know. What I want to know is, if there're 2 probers in the prober pool(LB method is RR), and the vs to be probed is set 2 monitors, the 2 monitor is assigned the same prober or the 2 probers respectively?

I share the same concern as you. Has your question been resolved?

We can sit here together and wait. 🙂
