Monitoring ASM, AFM, APM, and AAM

Does anyone know if you can monitor these with cacti?

    You can monitor anything. Either with the standard MIB's or if there's a parameter you want to monitor that isn't included in the standard SNMP MIB's then you can write custom server side code that is called from snmpd for your own OID's.
