Monitor node for load and free swap space

I need to setup a custom monitor on LTM to mark a node down when the load average hits a certain level and/or the free swap space is less than a certain percentage.     Looking for advise ...

What OS is the node running? Linux can report what you're looking for via SNMP. Take a look here:
