Monitor AAA servers on LTM

I have a request to configure F5 LTM to load balance between AAA servers. Few questions I have is 1)What is the best monitor we can use for AAA servers ? using a simple tcp monitor is not an option ...

there are quite a few different types of AAA server, all with there own possible health monitors.
