moblieiron apm intergration

I am trying to integrate mobile iron with apm. I downloaded the iapp and set it up according to the instructions(https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/integrating-apm-with-mobileiron-mdm-ndash-part-1) But there's no information on creating the access policy. Does anyone have any info on the access policy?
