Mixed content error: request blocked

Folks,

Below is the error message we get while trying to browse a page:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://*************.******.com/*****/*****.html#/com.***.***.****/*****' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://*************.******.com/****/******/*****-***/****/***/*****-***-***.css'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Any suggestion? We went through the articles of Stream profile but of no help.
