Jun 17, 2010Missing MIB
Hello,
In my SNMP monitoring software I get alerts from a F5 OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.3375.2.6.4
When I walk the mib files from the BigIP I don't find this OID anywhere...Can anyone explain this, it's causing strange results in my SNMP software.
Running BigIP 9.4.7

I didn't see that in any F5 MIB either. Is it a custom OID in the /etc/alertd/alert.conf or /config/user_alert.conf? You can check these two solutions for details:
SOL3727: Configuring custom SNMP traps
https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/3000/700/sol3727.html
SOL6414: Determining which alerts are pre-configured to trigger an SNMP trap

No custom SNMP traps were defined.
I did a tcpdump to view the output being sent to my SNMP server and there is no mention of that OID.
I suspect it's my monitoring software. I've raised a support call with that vendor.
Thanks,
Will
