NimbostratusMissed Add-On Registration Key, maybe..
Hi Everyone,
I'm a new guy here. I recently bought two BIG-IP i2000 series with LTM and BIG IP DNS (GTM) License.
When I activate my license I only use Base Registration Key without any Add-On Registration Key to License my platform. After that, I try to allocate LTM and GTM module but surprise! GTM module us no licensed on my Platform.
I think I should add an Add-On registration key when I activate to get my GTM module licensed... but I don't have Any Add-On license.. . so I'm wondering the following...
When I get my BIG-IP I should get my Add-On registration key inside the box? Should my BIG IP DNS (GTM Module) be registered under my Base Registration Key? Should I get an email with my Add-on registration key?

wouldn't it be easier to contact the point of sale for your device? explain them you miss the DNS licence and let them explain how to fix it.

Hi,
Contact you reseller / distributor who may have received an email containing the add-on key.
Any F5-BIG-ADD license are sent by email even if there are bought with new appliance.
