Migration

Hi Everyone,   I want to migrate from BIG-IP V 9.x to 11.x ? What are the steps I need to take if I don't want to get any issues while I am doing ?   Please let me know.   Thanks in advance ...

HA or non-HA ? HA in 11.x is totally different from the previous versions and this could be the toughest part of the migration. If possible, open up a ticket with F5 to assist during code upgrade. I am guessing, they will recommend a 2-step upgrade process: 9.x to 10.x to 11.x

 

As usual, save the configuration and license on the device and off the device. Remove any expired/unused certificates and configuration elements (unused/unattached iRules).
