Migration from Oracle OTD to F5

We've been asked to migrate about 200 VIPs from the existing Oracle OTD to F5. Are there any docs available for this type of migration?   Thanks.

Does anyone happen to know if Journeys could be used for this type of migration? - we've used it for migrating the i-series F5s to the R-series ones, but not sure it could be used for non - BigIP migration.
