CirrocumulusConceptually, yes. But what's the encryption used? Do the messages HAVE to be encrypted (The question seems a bit unsure) or will it work with an encrypted stream?
If a stream encryption is OK, then you can do most of it OOTB without an iRule using just a TLS connection
