Message Box Character Limit

Does anyone know if there is a character limit in an Access Policy Message Box pop up?

    There may actually be a limit to the number of characters that will go in the message text box, but there should be no limit to the HTML message box object under access policy customization. I've customized the message box object to include an entire (fairly large) webpage of content.
