Merge configuration for GTM on 9.4.7

I know this is a really old TMM version but my client is going through an upgrade and need to create a ton of WIPs on existing 9.4.7 box. Having used to bigpipe/tmsh its proving to be a really daunting task to manually create them using GUI. I tried to use b merge but no luck. I tried the exact same configuration from wideip.conf but no luck. Is there a way I can merge bulk configuration in this case? I couldn't find anything related on devcentral or askf5 so thought of checking with you folks.

    I thought I had stumbled onto the answer I was looking for, but nope.... nothing!!! I've been thinking about attempting to write a Py script that does a wideip.conf file to tmsh conversion.
