Member Name not visible when adding Virtual Server to Pool

Hi all,

 

 

I've got what I hope is quite a basic question.

 

 

I've created a new Virtual Server with fairly basic configuration. I've named it, assigned an IP and an SMTP Service Port.

 

 

When I view the properties of the VS, it show's the name that I've assigned it. But when I add the VS to a Wide IP Pool as a Member, it shows the address I assigned, but the Member Name field is completely blank. If I click on the address to show general properties within Global Traffic> Pools> 'Created VS', again the Member Name field is blank.

 

 

This is on a 6400 LTM with the GTM module. Running Vers. 9.2.3 Build 58.0

 

 

Any idea?!

    moved your topic to the advanced design/config forum...I've seen this before when virtual server discovery was enabled and there were conflicts with the name. I'd open a support case on this issue.
