Hi I have the exact same problem after changing AWS instance type from running with m3.large to c3.xlarge. Change required because hitting the sec.private IP address limit. Admin GUI also hangs as above, access via ssh is possible, but states INOPERATIVE, along with the above emerg logger message V 11.5.1 Urs
