Manipulating origin response

If I wanted an iRule to manipulate the headers returned from an origin server before the WAM sees the response where would be the place to do that?     For example, say I have an origin ser...

PS: I did try the Parameter Value Substitution on the policy and it didn't seem to work for these links.

this is what my xml links look like: 

 http://api.mydomain.com:8080/getpage?format=xml&countryCode=US&sessionKey=foobarblah&maxResults=10&startPosition=10
