make a SNAT without LTM or irule

Hello ,

 

is it possible to source nat a packet on bigip for a specific destination IP without LTM module or irule ?

I have multiple VServers configured to reach a web server for displaying a maintenance page when the services are unavailable.

I would like to source nat the traffic for this specific web server maintenance page.

    i mean if there is a possibility to nat on Network level as a router .
