If you have auto last hop enabled, the F5 will send the packet back to the MAC address that sent the request. So if your Cisco switch is balancing the load properly, I believe the return traffic should be balanced.
If auto last hop is turned off, the F5 will send the traffic back to the MAC address of the layer 3 interface on the Cisco. This will either be the MAC address of the VLAN interface or the port channel interface, depending on how your switch is configured.
