LTM v11.3.0 : syncing : "error" messages

When I sync from active to standby, there seem to be two steps in the process, or the sync status gets refreshed twice. I get two different messages: the first is something like: "Not all deviced are...

The same thing happens on my 11.3 devices. The green light for Sync Status that remains means you had a successful sync. My best guess on why this happens is once the configsync process starts, until the standby devices has completely loaded the new config you will get the red 'Not all devices are synced' since the config has not finished loading.
