I have opened a case with F5 support to determine the issue.

 

 

However, I ran that command and it didn't produce any errors. I am assuming it is because the actual config lines that are on the 10.2 bigip.conf are just plain gone after booting to the v11 volume. What exactly is that command doing anyways?
