LTM to Junos LACP Query

Looking for a little assistance please, I work with LACP between LTM's and Cisco often, normally this is quite straight forward and I don't experience issues here. I am trying to bring up a LACP bund...

12.1.2 in DMZ and 13 in Core. Both instances have issues with LACP. I noticed when I disabled LACP, the trunk comes up, but still no traffic.
