LTM pool Members are not responding to arp so to ping and telnet on active device and up on stand by device.

Hi All,

We have run in issue. Brief description : 1)All the pool members are down on the active box. They are not responding to arp requests. 2)We have failed over to standby device. 3)one of the Self ip we are not able to ping , pool members are in that network. This self ip has floating enabled. 4)Another self ip in the same network we are able to ping from the LTM with same subnet mask /24. This don't have floating enabled. 5)Impacted Selfip is in vlan 322 and interface 3.1 and 3.2 are associated with it. 6)3.1 and 3.2 interface are in trunk and have LACP enabled. 7) We are seeing 100% packet drops on interface 3.2 so LACP has detached it from aggregation.

What can be the issue here?? If any other information is missing please let me know.
