LTM Policy Profile

I need to create a policy which directs any incoming https requests to our 443-vip with the Uri of "lyncweb1.echostar.com" to be directed to a specific load-balanced pool, while at the same time allowing additional https requests to our 443-vip with different Uri's to be directed to the default load-balanced pool.
