Can someone suggest me some online material where i learn about creating and deleting partitions on F5 LTMs? Using GUI as well as CLI.

Still applies for the main part.
Its a relatively simple task. The more difficult task is understanding WHY your business wants to use them and how effectively to use them. You may also want to look into use of Route Domains within individual partitions if you want to logically separate the traffic.
