LTM monitor curl -i http://10.33.20.129:1990

LTM monitor, user trying as below and get HTTP/1.1 200 OK. can you please help me to create monitor on LTM v 10.x   curl -i http://10.33.20.129:1990 HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Here, change the values wherever needed.
