LTM health monitor question

Try this, it works on https://regex101.com/ but not sure it the regex in F5 allows for negative/inverse matching 

(?!404)

HTTP\/1.(0|1) (?!404)(1|2|3|4)

The ordering is important the 

(?!404)
needs to be in front of any positive match like 
(1|2|3|4)

You also might not need the escape character before the 

/
so it would be:

HTTP/1.(0|1) (?!404)(1|2|3|4)
