LTM 11.4 HF4 Config sync issue

Hello, I have LTM normal HA pair active/standby. For some reason, when I try to perform the config sync from the GUI, 1. the browser( tried all browsers) gets stuck and the only way to get the GUI to work again is to restart the httpd process. 2. Unable to config sync from tmsh as well. 3. The standby device shows "in sync". 4. No errors are logged when performing the config sync from the tmsh, and the config is not synced and the active units keeps showing "config changes".

 

The solution is to reboot either the active or standby unit. But the issue reappears after few hours.

 

it seems to be a bug and a case need to be opened. But does anyone has encountered anything like this? Any suggestions??

    Do you still have ltm logs the time when HA Pair was configured?
