Looking for Pool Toggle script (enable/disable/status checking of a pool member) that will run on Version 11.5.2

Looking for Pool Toggle script (enable/disable/status checking of a pool member) that will run on Version 11.5.2. I see a script already for this on devcentral but that works on single (common) partition LTMs only. Is there a script that can work on multi-partition LTMs and on LTM that is running version 11.5.2.
