Looking for help with create_user_3

Hello,

 

I've been banging my head against the wall for days trying to figure out how to structure a call to Managemen.UserManagment create_user_3 method.

 

I'm using Ruby & the F5 Ruby gem version 11.0.0.1.

 

Can anyone give me some sample code for create_user_3? It doesn't have to be ruby.
