log monitor health checks for stats

Hi all,     Does someone know a 'easy' way of loging monitor health check response timers ?   I mean to be able to write in some text file the response delay of an http server for each...

Another idea but not easy, use clone pool feature on server side and use traffic analyzer (snort? tcpdump with scripting?)
