log file indicates interface 4.1

As citizen_elah suggested, 4.1 should be one of the internal trunks from TMM to the SCCP. If this occurred during a maintenance window it might be expected. Else, it's probably indicative of a system failure. You could open a case with F5 Support to get help investigating the issue.
