localhost emerg logger: Re-starting apmd

Having this error after booting, and when I logged into the web interface from the setup utility page the APM, LTM modules that were licensed were not showing. The f5 icon reads unknown. Pls any sugg...

Hey David, Thanks for offering to help, this happened when I attempt to shutdown the virtual machine I am guessing I didn't do that properly and somehow crashed some files. I could not carry out the steps you provided bcos I already re-installed it by the time I got you message. But I will take note of the steps provided in case I run into similar issue. Thanks.
