Local User Passwords from Policy
Hi,
As far a I know, you can write to the local user database for the following actions:
- Increment or reset number of login failures.
- Change lockout status
- Force password change at next login
- Personal information
Password change by the user is not one of them.

if you can do 3 then you pretty much have it worked out. sure it is only on the next login, but it is a way.

Hello. I cannot find the option on a policy to "force password change at next login". Could you tell me how to do this?. Thank you!.

Hi,
This option cannot be found in a policy, but is set in the user properties.
Select the correct partition (if used) and go to Access Policy -> Local User DB -> Manage Users. Click on the user and select ' Edit' at the bottom of the screen.

Hello. Yes, I know that it can be changed by GUI. But we wanted to give to the user the possibility to change the password from the logon page (change password checkbox), as it can be done with variable change_password and Active Directory.... Thank you!.

I don't think it is possible. Never seen this option when building APM policies.
