EmployeeBig-ip doesn't know about your thread concept he is load balancing tcp connections and requests. What could happen is with one connect he can multiplex different requests in the same tcp connection handled by another thread. In such case you should remove one connect if it a your issue. But you didn't describe what was your issue exactly here.
