Load balanced -Observed with persistence
I inherited a F5 with a VIP using Observed(members) as a load balance method. this VIP also has persistence profile with sticky Destination Address Affinity
I am seeing that all the traffic is only going to 1 of the servers in the pool. ( There are 3 members) is this persistence profile causes this? how to I correct it.
thanks and all help is appreciated.

Yes, it seems the persistence profile is directing all traffic to a single pool member. What kind of hosts are in the pool? Are they application servers the clients are connecting to or are the pool members providing network pathways (routers, firewalls)?

Yes, Web App servers.

You'll need to change the persistence method. Destination address persistence will send all traffic for a given destination (in this case the vip) to a single pool member. You likely want to load balance clients across pool members and then have them persist to the member choosen in which case you need a persistence profile that identifies a returning client (as opposed to identifiying the destination for the traffic). Source address and http cookies are the most common methods for this type of persistence.

thank you, I will test this and verify it works with our environment.
