Link Controller for SSL Site

Hello

 

I have an e-commerce ssl site. It has allways been working with a single IP address and worked fine. I have created four wide IPs and moved it to Link Controller. Now several customers complain because the sessión is closed in the middle of their activity. It looks as if the IP address they connect to changes while they are working. Does it make sense?

 

What is the function of the TTL in Link Controller? The value configured for TTL is the default (30 seg). Should I increase it.

    TTL is for the DNS record. You likely want a longer persistence timeout value. What are you using for persistence right now? Source address? Try increasing the timeout to 60 minutes perhaps.
