Link Controller - HSRP Router

I'm starting a new F5 Link Controller project with with the following scenario:

The customer have 2 100 Mbps ISP links with only one IP address range. Each 100 Mbps link have it's own router. So they use HSRP between them to provide only one gateway address as uplink.

They've another pair of ISP link's with same configuration. (Topology attached)

In Link Controller configuration I'll set 2 link's considering the agregated bandwith of each ISP.

Using with only one link (using the HSPR address) the Link Controller will consider that we've a 200 Mpbs link even when one of them is out of service. And this will afect Link Controller load balance decision.

The question is: What is the best way to deal with this scenario?
