LineRate Starter edition license install

I cannot get the product to activate. I have tested connection to the internet, tested dns. added credentials to phone-home (I believe). But the connection times out.   Thanks, Steve.

Solved it.....I was getting to the internet on http but https was being dropped by the firewall.

    Glad to see you got this solved. If you ever run into issues in the future, you can always perform a manual activation at license.f5.com
