Limit traffic to a member in a pool

Hi:

 

I've been reading a while about this feature, I need to handle web traffic to 3 different servers and in order to get the best performance I just can send certain amount of traffic. This are cache servers and then I need to use the same members in different pools.

 

Server1: Video_pool, web_pool Server2: Video_pool Server3: Static_pool

 

All video traffic needs to go to video_pool, since is video in order to get maximum savings it should use only server1 as preference when it reaches the 300Mb barrier then start loadbalancing to server2, once you get free bw on server1 send new connections exclusively to this until it gets flooded again.

 

I hope someone can have an idea about applying this kind of limit. It should be very useful if on pools you can set also bandwith limit instead of connections limit only.
