License and Software End of Software Development question. Will the box stop working?

A quick and probably a stupid question, but I have a 4200v ltm appliance. It is running 11.4.1 HF 5. That version goes out of support and "Software End of Software Development" on September 17th. It is provisioned for LTM. The customer will not let me upgrade the bos.

 

My question is will the box continue to work after the 17th?

    No, it will continue working but you won't get the same level of support as that of active code and hardware versions.

     

    Just make sure you have a written document or email warning your customer. This is to make sure that you don't end up facing the music if something should go wrong.
