Less traffic sent to one of the servers in pool.

Are all the pool members of the same type in terms of resources (cpu/memory etc) ? Checking the logs will be of help to see if the member is failing often. Have you looked into K10430 ?

Yes, pool members are of same type and same configuration. There are no logs for frequent up and down of pool member.
